| I recently bought a platinum anniversary ring for my wife from a very
reputable dealer. Today my wife asked me if the ring looks a little yellow.
It did in fact look the same color as my wedding band which is white gold.
Her platinum engagement ring was given to us by her mother and is about 30
years old, its much more brilliant and silver-looking. When she handed me
the anniversary ring I noticed it says 10k inside. I thought platinum was
done in percentages. Isnt the k used only for gold? Needless to say
Im not sure, so if anyone can help me out Id really appreciate it!! |
| By the way for my parents 35th anniversary we arranged a surprise
breakfast brunch New Years Eve Morning. Was a good excuse for all nine
of us to be home over the holiday (plus spouses and grand kids). Two
days before though, My brother Ted missed his military flight from
Greece to Germany. As a result He actually missed the party, BUT he
missed being on Lockerbie 103 by 2 hours. |

Can anyone tell me who composed that catchy music from the diamond
anniversary ring commercials? You know, the commercials with the
silouettes of two people kissing and holding children, the commercials
where the 3-D diamond ring is placed on the finger of a 2-D silhouette?

| 2. Our stay is 4 days and 3 nights with a very early flight arrival in Orlando
and a very late departure from Orlando. Weve been to WDW too many times to
count, but this is the first time since we were married that were going
without kids and our shortest stay! We were there as a family in October for
10 days, so Im not planning on running ragged to see everything. So, what are
some romantic things to do on a shortend stay of 4 days? Also, I have an
anniversary ring for my wife - where is the best place to present it to her? I
want to give it to her at the exact time we were married (which is noon) on the
actual anniversary date (which is the 23rd of June). I want someplace romantic
but also someplace very Disney. |
